Olive Service Apartments HICC – This is our multi-award-winning property in HICC, just across the Yashoda, Kims, AIG hospital. We have a selection of Rooms and Apartments (Studio & One Bedroom Apartments) available in our HICC property that are designed to cater to the Corporate Housing Extended Stay relocation accommodation requirements of our esteemed guests.
All units in HICC, except the Standard Rooms, come with their own private Kitchens with cooking facilities. They have free access to Wifi Internet, Smart TV & self-laundry facilities that include fully automatic washing machines, dryers and an iron with ironing boards.
Standard Studio
Standard Studios measuring about 300 sq ft are our smallest residential units and have a King Bed with attached bathroom. They are designed for Single Executives on short Transit stays of a couple of days. We are providing fully furnished modular private kitchen with all kitchenware.
Superior Studio
Our Superior Studios are bigger in size (about 300 sq ft), elegantly decorated with King Beds and attached bathrooms besides Smart Tv and private kitchen. They are ideal for a comfortable short stay of a couple of days.
Kings Studio
Our Kings Studios are bigger in size (about 350 sq ft), elegantly decorated with King Beds and attached bathrooms besides Smart TV and private Kitchen. They are ideal for a comfortable short stay of a couple of days.
Standard 1BHK Apartments
Our most popular and top-selling units, with an area of around 550 sq.ft, the Standard One Bedroom Serviced Apartments are ideal for those who want a comfortable accommodation that offers space and privacy like home.
