What is difference between your Serviced Apartments and other guest houses?

All our apartments include their own private, fully equipped Kitchens for guest use besides a sitting area with couch and/or dining table. You will never share your Kitchen or Living Room with any other guest in any of our apartments!

Where are you located?

We are located in the second lane across Westin Hotel in Midspace at Hitec City. The exact address and map can be found on our Contact Us page.

What are your Check-In and Check-Out timings?

Our standard Check-In Time is 2pm and Check-Out Time is 10am. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out may be allowed subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Can I cook in my Kitchen?

You have complete and unrestricted access to your Kitchen which is fully equipped with all cookware and Kitchen amenities for you to cook the meals of your choice.

What about Laundry?

We provide a dedicated self-laundry area that has a set of fully automatic Washing Machines as well as the latest Dryers so that all guests can do their laundry. Iron & Ironing Boards are also available on demand. The best part – all these self-laundry facilities are totally FREE for all guests!

Do you provide Housekeeping & Linen changes?

All our guests are offered Housekeeping and Linen change (Towels & Bedsheets) services as part of their rentals.

Can you give lower rates for long stays?

We do offer special rates for Weekly (minimum 7 Nights) and Monthly (minimum 28 Nights) stays. The discounts rage from 12%-39% and vary across Apartments and stay duration. All prices are mentioned transparently on our Pricing page.

Do you provide WiFi Internet?

A high speed WiFi Internet is provided in the entire property which is complimentary for all guests.

Does the TV have international channels?

We have the latest Flat screen sets equipped with Tata Sky TV showing all international & regional channels besides HD high-definition channels.
